Устройства аварийного выхода горизонтальные предназначены для отработки практических задач спасательной подготовки по выходу личного состава из аварийной подводной лодки через торпедный аппарат путем шлюзования или затопления отсека с последующим подъемом на поверхность методом свободного всплытия или по буйрепу.
Устройства соответствуют требованиям:
- Правил устройства и безопасной эксплуатации водолазных барокамер (ПУБЭК-2009);
- Правил проектирования, изготовления и приемки сосудов и аппаратов стальных сварных (ПБ 03-584-03);
- Общим техническим условиям на сосуды и аппараты стальные сварные ГОСТ Р 52630-2012;
- Инструкции по контролю на всех стадиях жизненного цикла подъемных сооружений и оборудования, работающего под давлением, в составе вооружения и военной техники (ИТБ-2014).

About SKBK
The Special Design Bureau of Boiler Construction (SKBC, St. Petersburg) was formed in the structure of the Ministry of Shipbuilding Industry in order to create domestic marine steam boilers for ships and vessels.
